We gather details on your minerals or royalties, including leases, title, and production when it applies. We analyze production history, development potential, operator activity, and modeled cash flow to reach a fair value. Producing acreage may require a recent check stub to confirm your ownership share.

Offer
When review is complete, we meet in person or by phone to discuss pricing in plain, straightforward language. After we agree on terms, we walk you from signed contract through title review and due diligence to closing, with clear timing at every stage. There are no hidden steps and no surprises along the way.

Closing
We execute the mineral contract and handle title and due diligence on our end, coordinating each step so you always know what comes next. In Louisiana, we typically close in 30 days or less. If you ever feel uncomfortable, you may walk away; we never pressure owners or use legal action to force a sale.
